Bonjour! French Club has joined forces with the Youth and Government Club to go see Hamilton this December in downtown Chicago.
This event is free, however, there are a few things that need to be accomplished before you can get your ticket. First, those interested must join French Club, which can be done through this link. Simply fill out the form, join Remind and Google Classroom, and pay $5 in membership fees. You can join the French Club Google Classroom to get more information using this code: eqvzvqy.
After joining French Club, you must email a local representative such as a school board member, village trustee, state representative, or senator. It is required that your email be about something you are passionate about in your community that you would like to see changed. This could be earlier garbage pickup or a later start to school. If you need any help writing your email, see Madame Novak or Ms. Jaegle.
Submit a screenshot of your email to the Hamilton sign-up form and pick up a permission slip from Madame Novak in room 121 or Ms. Jaegle in room 206. Permission slips are due no later than November 17th.
If you can’t make it to this trip, don’t worry! French Club has many other field trips and fun activities throughout the year, so join the Google Classroom to stay updated.
Youth and Government Club also hosts meetings every other Monday in room 206, so stop by and check out what they’re discussing. The next Youth and Government project, the Chad 1000X fundraiser, is coming up soon on November 9th. See Ms. Jaegle for more information on how to volunteer or participate.
